Cat Hardrick

Community Leader

Catherine “Cat” Hardrick is a community leader, entrepreneur, and a disabled veteran who proudly served in the US Army. After an honorable discharge, she worked in the financial industry for over 20 years before starting her own health and wellness organization, Journey Within, LLC in 2021. Her commitment to service includes leading a community feeding program for homeless veterans and people in need, mentoring our youth, advocating for racial, environmental, and social justice, supporting survivors of human trafficking and sexual trauma, running for city council, and is a Co-Founder of a community-focused solutions driven podcast titled, "Conversations with Karen and Cat". Cat earned her Associate Degree in Banking and Finance from Gwinnett Tech, a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University, serves on several boards, and is a registered Gwinnett County Public Schools Mentor. When Cat isn’t in the community helping others, she enjoys reading, the outdoors, and spending time with her friends, three adult children and grand-pup, Mo-Jo.
